Filing a takedown notice
To submit a notice, send an email to dmca@gamersgonewild.life including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material to be removed and its URL on the Service;
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Misrepresentations may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed material and its prior URL;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake;
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or the District of Delaware if outside the U.S.) and to accept service from the original complainant.

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
