18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Scope
GamersGoneWild ("GGW") is a gaming, cosplay, and community live-streaming platform — not an adult website. The public tier is dedicated to gaming, cosplay, and community content — no nudity, no sexual content — and is not within the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or § 2257A. This statement applies only to the optional subset of content that verified creators choose to produce for ID-verified adult subscribers on the paywalled 18+ subscriber tier, and covers both visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct (§ 2257) and simulated sexually explicit conduct (§ 2257A) where applicable.
Records-keeping compliance
All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct hosted on the subscriber tier of GGW were produced in compliance with the federal record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Records required by these statutes and regulations for the performers depicted in such content are kept by the designated custodian identified below.
Primary vs. secondary producer
For visual depictions uploaded or live-streamed by verified creators, the creator is the primary producer under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(1) and is contractually required by the Creator Agreement to create and maintain all records required by §§ 2257 and 2257A for every performer depicted. GGW acts as a secondary producer under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2) and maintains copies of the records it receives from creators, along with its own ID-verification records for every account holder permitted to appear on camera in the subscriber tier.

Records are maintained by the designated custodian during normal business hours and are available for inspection in accordance with 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
User-uploaded and subscriber-tier creator content
For visual depictions uploaded or live-streamed by verified creators (where GGW acts as a secondary producer or hosting platform), each creator is contractually required, under the Creator Agreement, to:
- be the primary producer for purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / § 2257A;
- maintain all required records for every performer depicted, including a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, date of birth, and any aliases used;
- ensure every performer is 18 years of age or older at the time of production;
- complete GGW ID and age verification for themselves and confirm the same has been completed for every person who appears on camera;
- produce records to GGW or to law enforcement on request.
Excluded content
Public-tier streams, gaming, cosplay, IRL, esports content, and any other content outside the adults-only subscriber tier do not contain visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) and are therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of § 2257 / § 2257A.
Reporting violations
Reports of suspected non-compliance, underage performers, or non-consensual content should be sent immediately to safety@gamersgonewild.life and, for suspected child sexual abuse material, to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
