Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement applies to anyone who monetizes content on GamersGoneWild ("GGW"). It supplements the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. GGW is a gaming, cosplay, and community streaming platform — not an adult website. The public tier is always dedicated to gaming, cosplay, and community content (no creator nudity, no sexual content), and the 18+ subscriber tier is paywalled and gated by ID verification. A creator may optionally publish mature content on the subscriber tier; where they do, it is permitted only behind the paywall and only between ID-verified adults. On the public tier mature content is prohibited and the AI stream moderator will cut the stream.

1. Eligibility & verification

• You must be 18+ and complete identity, age, and (if applicable) tax verification before monetizing.
• Every individual appearing on camera in any monetized content — public or subscriber tier — must complete the same ID and age verification (18+) and sign a model release. The AI stream moderator flags any unverified face on screen and cuts the stream.
• Business entities may be required to provide formation documents and beneficial-ownership disclosures.

2. Revenue share

• Subs & tips: creators earn 90% of net revenue. GGW retains 10% as the platform fee.
• "Net revenue" means gross less payment-processing fees, chargebacks, refunds, taxes, and currency-conversion costs.
• Special promotions (e.g., launch incentives) may temporarily increase the creator share and will be announced in writing.

3. Payouts

• Standard payout cycle is weekly, on a 7-day rolling hold to cover chargebacks.
• Minimum payout threshold: USD $20 (or local equivalent).
• Payouts are made via supported processors (e.g., Stripe Connect, ACH, SEPA, wire). Processor fees may apply.
• You are responsible for keeping payout details current. Failed payouts after 90 days may be forfeited.

4. Taxes

You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your taxes. Where required, GGW will issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-NEC for U.S. persons, 1042-S for non-U.S. persons) and may withhold tax as required by law.

5. Content rights & license

You retain ownership of your content. You grant GGW the license described in Section 5 of the Terms of Service, plus a limited right to use your name, likeness, and clips for marketing the Service (which you can revoke for non-explicit clips by emailing creators@gamersgonewild.life).

6. Conduct & responsibilities

• Comply with the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• Keep public-tier content clean — no nudity, no sexual content. Adult content is only permitted on the paywalled, ID-verified subscriber tier and only between ID-verified adults.
• Ensure every person on camera, on either tier, has completed GGW ID and age verification (18+). No minors on screen — ever.
• Do not direct subscribers to off-platform paid services that compete with GGW monetization.
• Disclose all paid promotions and brand deals in compliance with FTC and equivalent rules.

7. Suspension & termination

GGW may suspend, withhold, or claw back payouts for violations, chargebacks, fraud, or pending investigations. Upon termination, undisputed amounts above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 60 days, less reserves for chargebacks.

8. Independent contractor

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and GGW.

9. Verification, AI moderation & recordkeeping

You must complete government-ID and age verification at /verify-identitybefore going live or being paid. You consent to ongoing AI moderation of your broadcasts: on public streams a vision classifier scores frames for nudity, sexual content, violence, weapons, drugs, self-harm, illegal activity, and verified-creator-on-screen presence; on subscriber-only and 1:1 streams an Identity Watch system compares each sampled frame to your ID-verified reference photo and auto-pauses the stream if a low match score persists OR if any additional person enters the frame. Sexually-explicit productions are catalogued in our 18 U.S.C. §2257 records office (see /legal/2257), and every reviewer action against your account is written to an immutable admin audit log.

10. Changes

We may update this Agreement on 14 days' notice. Continued monetization after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
