Community Guidelines

GamersGoneWild is a gaming, cosplay, and community live-streaming platform — not an adult website. Every public stream is dedicated to gaming, cosplay, and community content and is AI-moderated to community standards. Layered on top is a paywalled, ID-verified 18+ subscriber tier where creators offer exclusive perks to verified-adult fans. These guidelines apply to everything you stream, post, type, and tip on both tiers. Breaking them can result in chat timeouts, channel bans, demonetization, account termination, and reports to law enforcement.

How the two tiers work

Public tier — gaming, cosplay, community. No creator nudity, no sexual content, no sexual solicitation. Public streams are the front door of GGW and stay safe for general audiences. The AI stream moderator samples every public broadcast continuously and will cut the stream if a creator or anyone on camera violates the public-tier rules.

Subscriber tier — 18+, ID-verified, paywalled. Behind the paywall, creators offer exclusive perks to verified-adult subscribers — sub-only streams, 1-on-1 DMs, co-op sessions, vault drops, and VIP chat. Every person who appears on camera in any tier — public or subscriber — must complete ID and age verification (18+) before going live. Anyone unverified who appears on screen is flagged and the stream is cut by the AI moderator. Subscribers must hold a valid major credit card, which already requires the cardholder to be an adult.

Mature creator content (optional, subscriber-only). A creator may choose to publish mature content on their 18+ subscriber tier. Where they do, it is permitted only behind the paywall, only between ID-verified adults, and is never visible on the public tier or to anyone who has not subscribed. See the § 2257 statement for the record-keeping rules that apply.

The same AI moderator runs across both tiers. On the public tier it scans every sample for nudity, sexual content, violence, weapons, drugs, self-harm, illegal activity, and verified- creator-on-screen presence — flagging or cutting the stream when scores cross the configured thresholds. On the subscriber and 1:1 tiers it runs Identity Watch instead, comparing the live frame against your ID-verified reference photo to confirm you are the person on camera and auto-pausing the stream the moment any additional person enters the frame. Every action a human reviewer takes after a flag — approve, dismiss, force-pause, ban — is written to an immutable admin audit log.

Always-on hard rules (both tiers, zero tolerance)

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including animated, drawn, or AI-generated. Reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Anyone under 18 appearing on stream, in chat, in the background, or in uploaded media — ever, on any tier.
• Anyone on camera who has not completed GGW ID and age verification — the AI moderator will cut the stream.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), hidden-camera footage, or deepfakes of real people.
• Human trafficking, sexual coercion, or solicitation of in-person sex work.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, incest, or sexual violence.
• Credible threats of violence, terrorism, or mass-casualty events.
• Doxxing — sharing someone's private information without consent.

Not allowed

• Nudity, sexual content, or sexual solicitation on the public tier — public streams are clean. Adult content is only permitted behind the paywalled, ID-verified subscriber tier.
• Hateful conduct targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
• Harassment, brigading, raid harassment, or targeted insults.
• Self-harm or suicide content that is glorifying, instructional, or graphic. We do support recovery and awareness.
• Drugs & alcohol: no consumption of illegal drugs on stream; no streaming visibly impaired in a dangerous way.
• Real-world violence, animal cruelty, or graphic gore.
• Spam, scams, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, or off-platform monetization shortcuts.
• IP infringement — see DMCA.
• Cheating, view-botting, follow-botting, or otherwise gaming the platform.

Off-platform solicitation

Off-platform solicitation, escorting, and routing fans to adult-content sites or paid services outside GGW are prohibited and result in account termination.

Chat rules

• No hate speech, slurs, harassment, or threats.
• Respect creator-set rules and moderator decisions.
• No advertising other platforms or services without creator permission.
• No sharing of personal information about anyone, including yourself, that could be exploited.

Enforcement

We use a combination of automated systems, human moderators, and community reports. Actions range from warnings and chat timeouts to temporary suspensions and permanent bans. Bans for the most serious categories (CSAM, trafficking, real-world violence, doxxing) are immediate, permanent, and accompanied by reports to the appropriate authorities.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, appeal via appeals@gamersgonewild.lifewithin 30 days. Provide your username, the action taken, and any context.
