Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GamersGoneWild ("GGW") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you use gamersgonewild.life and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Identity & age verification (creators): government ID, selfie, tax forms (W-9 / W-8BEN), business info.

  • Content: streams, recordings, chat messages, profile media, reports.
  • Communications: support tickets, surveys, emails to us.

Collected automatically

  • Device & usage: IP address, device type, OS, browser, referrer, pages viewed, watch time, clicks.
  • Cookies & similar: see our Cookie Policy.
  • Approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS unless you opt in).

From third parties

  • Identity verification providers, payment processors, social-login providers (e.g., Google), fraud-prevention vendors, analytics providers.

2. How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Verify age and identity, prevent fraud, abuse, and CSAM;
  • Process payments and creator payouts and comply with tax obligations;
  • Personalize discovery, recommendations, and live chat experiences;
  • Communicate about your account, security, and Service updates;
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK)

We rely on: contract (to provide the Service), consent (e.g., marketing, optional cookies), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and legal obligations(tax, AML, age verification, child-safety reporting).

4. How We Share Information

  • Service providers (hosting, CDN, payments, ID verification, analytics, email, customer support) bound by contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms;
  • Other users see your public profile, streams, and chat;
  • Creators may receive aggregated subscriber stats but never your payment details;
  • Legal & safety: law enforcement, regulators, courts, NCMEC (for suspected CSAM), and to protect rights, property, and safety;
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, payment-processor KYC retention rules), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months.

5a. Minors

GGW does not permit accounts for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Public live streams may be viewed without an account, and that viewing does not require personally identifiable data beyond standard request logs (IP, user agent) used for security and abuse prevention. If you believe a minor has created an account or that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, contact us at privacy@gamersgonewild.life and we will delete the account and associated data.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, audit logging, and third-party penetration testing. No system is perfectly secure; report issues to security@gamersgonewild.life.

7. International Transfers

We process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms to transfer personal data outside the EEA / UK.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may request to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Submit requests at privacy@gamersgonewild.life.

EEA / UK (GDPR)

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@gamersgonewild.life.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact safety@gamersgonewild.lifefor immediate removal.

10. AI moderation & reviewer audit log

Public streams: our AI Watch system samples a frame approximately every 30 seconds and classifies it for nudity, sexual content, violence, weapons, drugs, self-harm, illegal activity, and whether the verified creator is on screen. Flagged frames are stored encrypted in the moderation queue for up to 90 days so human reviewers can verify the call, then deleted.

Subscriber-only and 1:1 streams: our Identity Watch system samples a frame at the interval you set in your settings and compares it to your ID-verified reference photo to confirm you are the person on camera. It also flags when any additional person enters the frame. Live frames from private streams are sent to our AI provider, scored, and immediately discarded — only the numeric match score and "extra person" flag are persisted. You must give explicit consent at /verify-identity for Identity Watch to run, and you can revoke it at any time.

Every reviewer action (approve, dismiss, force-pause, ID enrollment, payout release) is written to an immutable admin audit log. Records are retained as required by applicable law and our §2257 statement.

11. Changes

We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
