Transparency Report

Last updated: June 22, 2026

GamersGoneWild publishes an annual transparency report covering enforcement actions, child-safety escalations, government and law-enforcement requests, and DMCA notices. The first annual report covering calendar year 2026 will be published in Q1 2027.

What the report will cover

  • Content & account actions — number of streams cut by the AI stream moderator, account suspensions, permanent bans, and the top categories (CSAM, NCII, unverified faces on camera, public-tier nudity, harassment, hate, spam, scams).
  • Child safety — number of CyberTipline reports filed with NCMEC and hash matches detected.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery — NCII reports received, median time to removal, and unique-hash blocklist size.
  • Government requests — count and type of legal process received (subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, preservation requests, emergency disclosures), broken down by jurisdiction, plus the percentage where some data was produced.
  • DMCA — takedown notices received, counter-notices, and repeat infringer terminations.
  • Appeals — moderation appeals received, granted, and denied.

How we measure

Counts are produced from internal trust & safety systems and independently reviewed before publication. We do not include categories where reporting would compromise an active investigation or violate a non-disclosure order.

Why we publish

An AI-moderated gaming, cosplay, and community streaming platform with a paywalled, ID-verified 18+ subscriber tier — where creators may optionally publish mature content for verified adult subscribers — owes its community a clear, public record of how those systems are actually being used. The transparency report is how we hold ourselves to that.

Records-keeping (§ 2257)

Records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 / 2257A for subscriber-tier content are maintained by our designated custodian, Richard Haines, at 319 77th Avenue, St Pete Beach, FL 33706. See the § 2257 Compliance Statement for full details.
