Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. It applies to anyone using the GamersGoneWild Service, including its websites, mobile clients, embeddable players, ingest endpoints, and APIs.

Prohibited activities

  • Violating any law or regulation (including export, sanctions, AML, tax, IP, and obscenity laws).
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, or any malicious code.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data ("hacking").
  • Performing denial-of-service, brute-force, or rate-limit-evasion attacks.
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting except as expressly permitted in writing.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or models.
  • Bypassing authentication, age-gates, paywalls, region restrictions, DRM, or rate limits.
  • Manipulating metrics (views, follows, watch time, tips) including via bots or click farms.
  • Operating multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions.
  • Using the Service to mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated workloads on our infrastructure.

API & integration rules

  • Use only documented endpoints and respect published rate limits.
  • Do not cache personal data beyond what is necessary for your authorized use case.
  • Do not resell or repackage GGW data, streams, or thumbnails without a written agreement.
  • Honor user deletions and consent revocations within 30 days.

Bandwidth, storage & abuse

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that consume disproportionate resources, generate excessive abuse reports, or otherwise threaten the stability or reputation of the Service.

Reporting violations

Email abuse@gamersgonewild.life with the URL, account name, timestamps, and a description of the issue.
