Refund Policy

All purchases on GamersGoneWild — subscriptions, tips, and tokens — are generally non-refundable because they fund creators in real time. We make limited exceptions where required by law or in the cases below.
When you can get a refund
- Unauthorized charges — submit within 60 days with details of the transaction.
- Duplicate billing caused by a system error.
- Statutory cooling-off rights where applicable (e.g., 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, before consumption of digital content begins).
- Service unavailability for an extended period clearly attributable to GGW.
When we will not refund
- Tips already delivered to creators.
- Subscription periods that have already begun, where you accepted immediate access to digital content.
- Tokens that have been spent.
- Account terminations for violations of the Terms or Community Guidelines.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved in under 24 hours. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Email billing@gamersgonewild.life with your account email, the transaction ID, and a brief description.
